Jennifer Kes Remington is a composer for Film, TV and video games as well as a filmmaker, located in Los Angeles. She has been a classical pianist since the age of 7, and attended the prestigious Eastman School of Music in Rochester, NY. Jennifer is a two time Annie Award winner for her work on the animated TV series “The Fosters Home for Imaginary Friends”, and won the “Best Documentary” award for her movie she directed entitled “Hollywood, 90038” at the LA Femme Film Festival in 2007 and at the Honolulu Film Awards in 2011.  Her numerous and diverse projects include music written for the TV series “The Powerpuff Girls”, the film “Scary Movie 4”, and most recently, the video games “Raving Rabbids: Travel In Time”, “Raving Rabbids: Alive and Kicking”, and “Rabbids Land”.


Jennifer Kes Remington has been chosen to have music in Intellivision’s Retro Reimagined games for the new Amico family oriented gaming system which includes new versions of Moon Patrol, Pong and Snafu!


Both the “Greetings Madam Corgi” short and “Oren’s Way” teaser will play at the Bay Area International Film Festival at the end of July!


The animated short “Odd Dog” will be playing at the Burbank International Film Festival on September 9th!


The collaborative animation studio Box Rocket Studio launches with Jennifer Kes Remington’s music in the bumper!


"Odd Dog” will be playing not only at the Children’s Film Festival Seattle, but also was chosen for the BAMkids Film Festival in Brooklyn and tentatively, the REDCAT International Children’s Film Festival!


Jen is a guest on Daron and Nye’s Animation Podcast! She talks about composing in general, the music she created for their podcast, and delves into a conversation with them about which fantasy/sci-fi/comic book weapons are the coolest!
